To meet rising global demand for on‑site gas generation equipment, Jinbao Machinery’s second manufacturing facility in Huizhou is now fully operational. The 5,000 m² plant focuses on assembly and testing of modular nitrogen generators and large VFD screw air compressors. Automated assembly lines have increased annual capacity to 2,000 units and shortened lead times by about 30%, enabling faster response to domestic and international orders.

The new facility was designed with lean manufacturing principles, featuring dedicated modular assembly zones, high‑precision test benches, and an intelligent warehousing system. Each nitrogen generator module undergoes a 24‑hour continuous run test before shipment to verify purity and flow stability. The plant is also equipped with a dedicated INOVANCE VFD compressor docking station, allowing full system simulation under customer‑site conditions – significantly reducing on‑site commissioning time.

“In the past, capacity constraints meant some orders had to wait 4‑6 weeks during peak seasons. With the new plant, standard modular generators can be delivered in 7‑10 days. We are already planning a third assembly line, which will further expand capacity to 3,000 units next year,” said the production manager at Jinbao.

The new plant has already passed the ISO9001 quality management system on‑site audit, with reserved space for future expansion. Jinbao Machinery will continue to invest in automated testing equipment, aiming to raise the first‑pass yield rate above 99.5% – delivering even more reliable and efficient on‑site nitrogen solutions to customers worldwide.
