In March 2026, Jinbao Machinery exhibited its modular nitrogen generators and permanent magnet VFD screw air compressors at the Shenzhen South China Air Compressor Expo. The booth attracted professional buyers from Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, and across China. A live demonstration – producing 99.999% high‑purity nitrogen directly from compressed air – earned high praise.

At the core of the display, a JBD‑A20 modular nitrogen generator was directly connected to an INOVANCE VFD compressor. The control panel showed real‑time purity of 99.99% and flow of 724 SCFH. Staff adjusted the purity setpoint on the spot, and the value smoothly changed between 99.9% and 99.999%, demonstrating the wide adjustable range.

“I didn’t expect a nitrogen generator could be so compact, and I could actually see the purity number,” said a facility manager from an electronics factory in Dongguan, who spent a long time asking about energy consumption and expansion options.

Visitors came mainly from Guangdong, Jiangsu, Shandong, as well as Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Malaysia. Three SMT companies requested quotations on the spot, two laser integrators expressed interest in becoming distributors, and a Malaysian trading company planned to introduce the generators into the local food packaging market.
Jinbao also highlighted a coordinated energy‑saving solution: the VFD compressor automatically adjusted its speed based on the generator’s air demand. During low‑demand periods, compressor speed dropped to 55% of its rated value, cutting instantaneous power consumption by about 38%, attracting engineers from automotive parts and electronics OEMs.
Jinbao Machinery will participate in the PTC ASIA exhibition in Shanghai in the second half of 2026 and plans to launch larger compact modular nitrogen generators (353‑7,063 SCFH) to meet the needs of the lithium‑battery industry and medium‑to‑large electronics plants.
