The linkage control scheme of high-pressure nitrogen compressor and nitrogen generator is an integrated automatic control system designed to solve the problems of mismatched gas production and gas supply pressure, unstable output, and low energy utilization rate in independent operation of single equipment. Ordinary nitrogen generators can only produce low and medium pressure nitrogen, which cannot meet the high-pressure nitrogen supply demands of industrial precision processing, pipeline pressure testing, aerospace equipment testing, and high-pressure gas storage. The combined operation of nitrogen generator and high-pressure nitrogen compressor can realize low-pressure nitrogen production and high-pressure pressurized output, and the linkage control system is the core to ensure the coordinated and stable operation of the two devices.

The core logic of the linkage control scheme is real-time data interconnection and automatic load adjustment. The system takes the nitrogen storage tank pressure as the control reference point. The nitrogen generator is responsible for continuous low-pressure nitrogen production, and the built-in pressure sensor transmits the real-time gas production pressure and flow data to the PLC intelligent control module. When the storage tank pressure is lower than the set lower limit, the system automatically starts the high-pressure nitrogen compressor, which pressurizes the low-pressure nitrogen produced by the generator to the set high-pressure standard and delivers it to the terminal equipment. When the tank pressure reaches the upper limit of the set value, the compressor automatically reduces the load or shuts down in delay, and the nitrogen generator maintains low-load standby operation to avoid frequent start and stop of equipment.

This linkage control scheme also integrates multiple safety protection and energy-saving optimization functions. It is equipped with interlock protection devices for overpressure, overcurrent, overheating, and air leakage. Once abnormal parameters occur in the generator or compressor, the system will automatically alarm and cut off the power supply to prevent equipment failure and safety accidents. In terms of energy saving, the linkage system avoids the idle operation of the compressor and the waste of nitrogen resources caused by excessive gas production. It realizes on-demand production and on-demand pressurization, greatly improving the overall operating efficiency of the unit. In addition, the system supports remote monitoring and parameter adjustment, which facilitates staff to remotely view equipment operating status, modify pressure parameters, and record operation data, realizing intelligent and unmanned management of high-pressure nitrogen supply system.
