The linkage system of high-pressure nitrogen compressor and nitrogen generator is a core integrated solution for industrial high-pressure nitrogen supply, which solves the problems of discontinuous gas supply, unstable pressure and low energy utilization rate of traditional single equipment operation. This system takes the pressure swing adsorption (PSA) or membrane separation nitrogen generator as the gas source front end and the high-pressure nitrogen compressor as the pressure boosting terminal, realizing automatic docking, synchronous operation and intelligent regulation of the two sets of equipment. The core design goal is to maintain stable nitrogen purity, constant output pressure and uninterrupted gas supply under variable load working conditions, while reducing manual intervention and equipment failure rates, which is widely used in petrochemical, aerospace, pressure testing and industrial precision manufacturing fields.
The overall structural design of the linkage system is divided into three core modules: gas source pretreatment module, pressure boosting linkage execution module and intelligent control module. The pretreatment module is equipped with precision filters, buffer tanks and pressure stabilizing valves to remove trace water, oil and impurities in the nitrogen produced by the generator, ensuring the cleanliness of the gas entering the compressor and avoiding abrasion and blockage of compressor precision parts. The linkage execution module adopts a staged pressure boosting design, matching the low-pressure output characteristic of the nitrogen generator, and the high-pressure compressor performs graded pressure amplification according to the set pressure parameters to prevent gas pressure impact caused by sudden start and stop. All pipelines and connecting valves adopt high-pressure resistant and corrosion-resistant materials to adapt to long-term high-load operation.
The intelligent linkage control system is the key to stable operation of the whole set of equipment. The system adopts PLC programmable controller to realize real-time data interaction between the nitrogen generator and the high-pressure compressor. When the nitrogen generator detects that the gas storage tank pressure reaches the preset lower limit, the system automatically sends a start signal to the compressor; when the pressure reaches the upper limit, the compressor stops intelligently, and the nitrogen generator maintains low-power standby operation. In addition, the system is equipped with fault alarm and interlock protection functions. In case of abnormal nitrogen purity, pipeline leakage or compressor overheating, the system will automatically cut off the power supply and gas circuit to avoid equipment damage and safety accidents. This linkage design effectively improves the overall operation efficiency by 20%-30% compared with independent equipment operation, and greatly reduces energy consumption and maintenance costs.
