Puffed foods such as potato chips, puffed rice crackers, and snack crisps have loose texture and large specific surface area, which are extremely prone to oxidation, mildew, and crushing during storage and transportation. Nitrogen filling and fresh-keeping is the core technology to solve the problem of puffed food deterioration and damage. The air compression system adopts oil-free air compressors to avoid oil pollution in the gas source from the source, matching multi-stage precision food-grade filters and freeze-drying equipment to remove water, dust, and impurities in the air. The PSA nitrogen generation host adopts high-quality carbon molecular sieve, with stable nitrogen purity controlled at 99%-99.9%, which meets the national food nitrogen safety standards. The equipped food-grade sterilization and purification device can filter trace microorganisms in nitrogen, ensuring that the nitrogen filled in food packaging is sterile and pollution-free.

In terms of operation matching, the system realizes synchronous linkage with the automatic packaging production line. The intelligent pressure control system can automatically adjust the nitrogen output flow and pressure according to the packaging speed of the production line, ensuring that each package is filled with nitrogen evenly and stably, avoiding insufficient nitrogen filling leading to food oxidation or excessive nitrogen filling causing package rupture. The equipment supports 24-hour continuous unmanned operation, which can fully meet the high-speed continuous production demand of modern puffed food assembly lines. At the same time, the system has low energy consumption and low operating cost, which is far more economical than traditional bottled nitrogen filling, effectively reducing the long-term production cost of food enterprises.

The system is also equipped with perfect safety and fault detection functions. It can real-timely monitor nitrogen purity, gas pressure, and equipment operating status, and automatically alarm and stop operation in case of abnormal purity or pressure to prevent unqualified nitrogen from entering the production line and affecting product quality.
